So that’s it. A wonderfully entertaining 2018 NatWest 6 Nations ends with Ireland claiming the Grand Slam, Championship & Triple Crown, Italy taking the Wooden Spoon and the ‘King of the Picks’ Johan retaining his Prediction’s Challenge crown.
The big South African, PSA Academies’ Head of Rugby Programme grabbed the lead from Round 1 and never relinquished it, beating an expanded field of tipsters that included two new competitors for 2018 in Graham Ross & Cory Brown.
With Neil Marchant again coming bottom of the table, it is clear that the fortunes of English rugby fans is as low as it can go!
Thanks for your interest and involvement this time around. We will hopefully be back for more crystal ball gazing around the summer southern hemisphere tours.

The 2018 6 Nations Predictions Challenge rules are simple. Each competitor needs to give us a simple match summary plus a winner prediction and winning margin (if a draw was predicted, they need to predict the total match points). It is 5 points for a correct result prediction and 5 points for a correct winning margin/total draw match points total.
The ‘expert’ with the most points at the end of the tournament is crowned the 6 Nations Predictions Challenge ‘King of the Picks’, whilst the person finishing last needs to make a public donation (amount TBC) to our 2018 Charity partner Unicef Ireland at our upcoming Unicef Ireland Charity Rugby Clinics in Ireland in April.
