PSA Academies are delighted to launch our paid and internship roles for the 2020 high-performance Rugby Academies taking place in France, Ireland and the UK across July & August next year.
With up to 30 part-time positions available across coaching, management, pastoral, sports conditioning and multimedia areas, it represents a fantastic opportunity for talented, up-and-coming professionals with an interest in forging a career in rugby or professional sport to join the PSA Academies team in delivering the best young rugby development experiences in Europe.
Speaking at the launch of the positions, PSA Academies’ Head of Rugby Johne Murphy said “Heading into our 5th year in operation, we’re looking for talented staff to help us to deliver our biggest and best schedule of high-performance rugby academies for 10 to 17 year old boys and girls players next summer. We’ve been lucky to work with some fantastic people over the years, particularly in 2019, and the results can be seen in the hugely positive response from our customers, parents and players, on our Trustpilot listing. We’re really looking forward to getting in some quality applications and to hiring a great team for 2020.”
On the programme side, PSA Academies’ Head of Operations Cory Brown added “At PSA Academies, we pride ourselves on delivering a safe, professional and high-quality development experience not just on but also off the pitch. Our staff are the critical part of our programme delivery, allowing us to bring our high-performance commitment to life. For 2020, we’re on a mission to grow our Rugby Academies to nearly 700 young ambitious players from more than 10 nationalities over 11 weeks across 3 countries. Having a talented and committed team in place will be really important to ensure that all these players get the coaching, support and learnings take a big step forward in maximising their potential.”
