As part of our planning around the current COVID-19 crisis, we’ve been looking at ways that we can not only support the many parents and players interested in booking a place on our high-performance Rugby Academies in Ireland this summer but also help the fantastic frontline workers fighting to save lives daily in the Irish health service.
So, today, we are announcing the following changes to our booking process for our 2020 Irish Rugby Academies (Roscrea 5-10 July, Cork 12-17 July, Kilkenny 9-14 August & Westmeath 16-21 August);
- From now until 30 April, we’ve changed our booking deposit to a flat €20 deposit payment, with 100% of these deposits going to the #FeedTheHeroes GoFundMe campaign (www.feedtheheroes.com). If you are in a position to book and pay upfront, rather than choosing the deposit option, we will still donate €20 from your full payment to #FeedTheHeroes
- In addition, we’ve also relaunched our early booking offer (using the new discount code ‘feedtheheroes10off‘) so that all deposit or full payment bookings up to 23:59hrs 30 April will get 10% off their full package price
- We’ve extended our final booking payment deadline from 23:59hrs 30 April to 23:59hrs 1 June 2020. We will be emailing the steps involved to all customers, who booked using the deposit option, closer to this time
- As a reminder, if any of our PSA Rugby Academies in Ireland this summer are partially or fully postponed or canceled due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to offer you a place on another Academy programme in Ireland, if places remain available. However, any customers who can’t be suitably accommodated, will be entitled to a full refund as per our full booking Ts&Cs here.
