As part of our planning around the current COVID-19 crisis, we’ve been looking at ways that we can not only support the many parents and players interested in booking a place on our high-performance PSA Rugby Academy South England from 9-14 August but also help the fantastic frontline NHS workers fighting to save lives daily across the UK.
So, today, we are announcing the following changes to our booking process;
- From now until 30 April, we’ve changed our booking deposit to a flat £20 deposit payment, with 100% of these deposits going to the #FeedTheNHS GoFundMe campaign (https://www.mealsforthenhs.com/). If you are in a position to book and pay upfront, rather than choosing the deposit option, we will still donate £20 from your full payment to #FeedTheNHS
- In addition, we’ve also relaunched our early booking offer (using the new discount code ‘feedthenhs10off‘) so that all deposit or full payment bookings up to 23:59hrs 30 April will get 10% off their full package price
- We’ve extended our final booking payment deadline from 23:59hrs 30 April to 23:59hrs 1 June 2020. We will be emailing the steps involved to all customers, who booked using the deposit option, closer to this time
- As a reminder, if the PSA Rugby Academy South England is partially or fully postponed or cancelled due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to offer you a place on another Academy programme if possible. However, any customers who can’t be suitably accommodated, will be entitled to a full refund as per our full booking Ts&Cs here.
